Meet the Board of Directors

KEN KAWAHARA
CHAIR
Ken has over 30 years of civil engineering experience. His professional experience in both the private and public sectors includes planning, design, contracting, construction, construction management, regulatory compliance and environmental quality monitoring. Ken is a proud UH Alumnus and has served as an event committee chair for the College of Engineering.
JEFF WAGONER
VICE CHAIR
Wagoner oversees all aspects of OUTRIGGER’s multi-branded, global portfolio of resorts, hotels, vacation condominiums and retail operations while steering the direction, growth and strategic priorities for The Premier Beach Resort Company in the World.

Alan Matsui is a Partner at KMH LLP, one of the largest CPA firms in Hawaiʻi. He is a graduate of the University of Hawaiʻi and is active in his industry and the community. Alan serves on various boards and committees including Ahahui Koa Anuenue and the Friends of the Waikiki Aquarium.
