Coach Beeman's Peanut Butter Ball Recipe: Always a Three-Point Play
Coach Beeman is more than just a very proficient and successful coach. She also knows her way around the kitchen. Coach was nice enough to share one of her favorite dessert recipes with us. She guarantees a “three point play” every time you put one in your mouth!
1 Stick Nucoa Margarine (do not melt)
2 Cups Peanut Butter (creamy or chunky)
½ Cup Ground Walnuts
2 Cups Rice Krispies
1 lb Powder Sugar (1 box)
Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll into 1-inch balls, then place onto a cookie sheet and chill.
Dipping Chocolate: In a double boiler melt the following
1 Large Hershey Bar (8oz)
1 Package Chocolate Chips
½ Bar Paro Wax
Stir well and keep over low heat. Dip each ball in chocolate sauce and place on wax paper (use round toothpick and balls will drop off easily). You can refrigerate for a short period of time before storing in an airtight container.
